Overview

The Senior IT Technician is responsible for managing Azure AD, device and endpoint management, providing technical support, and ensuring proper resource provisioning and backup solutions.

• Administer Azure AD and manage user accounts.

Requirements

• Associate/Bachelor’s in IT or related field.
• Preferred certifications: Azure Administrator Associate, Endpoint Administrator Associate.
• 2+ years in IT support experience.
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and macOS.
• Knowledge of networking and virtualization.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting.
