Overview

The Senior Technician at JLL is responsible for overseeing building operations, coordinating work assignments, and ensuring the efficient performance of building systems.

In Short

• Perform related work as assigned.
• Serve as primary contact with Facilities Services.
• Coordinate and schedule work assignments.
• Evaluate and verify employee performance.
• Diagnose and repair internal combustion and diesel engines.
• Monitor contractor performance.
• Maintain public utility records.
• Inspect and maintain engine systems monthly.
• Report unsafe building conditions.
• Use diagnostic equipment for repairs.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronic or related field preferred.
• 3-4 years’ experience in management and high building systems preferred.
• Good leadership skills.
• Excellent problem-solving ability.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Available to work in shifts.
