Senior Technician - Remote

Overview

The Senior Technician is responsible for assisting with the operation, troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs on commercial buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, grounds, and maintenance equipment for assigned properties.

In Short

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems.
• Clean, lubricate, and service various mechanical devices.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Replace and repair building finishes and perform painting tasks.
• Inspect buildings and equipment for unsafe conditions.
• Respond to emergency situations and customer service requests.
• Maintain and operate fire and life safety systems.
• Comply with all applicable codes and regulations.
• Possess competent knowledge of tools and equipment used in maintenance.
• Complete required safety training annually.

Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• Technical training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or plumbing.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to work extended periods without relief during emergencies.
• May require shift work and on-call duties.
