Senior Move Technician - Remote

Overview

The Senior Move Technician will support the Space Planning & Occupancy team by coordinating moves, assisting with furniture relocation, and ensuring customer service excellence.

In Short

• Support the Sr. Move/Furniture Manager
• Coordinate and assist with furniture moves
• Conduct facility walkthroughs
• Update furniture inventory
• Assist with warehouse organization
• Ensure alignment with service level agreements
• Develop relationships with business and vendor partners
• Track tasks and schedules for moves
• Maintain excellent customer service
• Support decommissioning activities

Requirements

• Able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Experience in customer service
• Detail-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet
• Ability to coordinate with various teams
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to follow documented processes
• Experience with inventory management systems
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
