Senior IT Technician - Remote

Overview

Wiz is looking for an outstanding Senior IT Technician to help spread the Wiz magic. The role involves providing IT support in a remote capacity as part of the broader IT organization.

In Short

• Provide tier 1 support for all end users remotely
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to macOS, Windows, and Linux
• Participate in asset management activities for hardware and software
• Collaborate with stakeholders and perform onboarding sessions
• Draft and update documentation for supported technologies
• Set high standards for service desk activities
• Stay current on technologies used by the company
• Support employees in both Japanese & English
• 5+ years of experience in remote IT support
• Experience with cloud service providers such as AWS, GCP, and Azure

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting end users remotely
• Experience providing software support to Windows and macOS users
• Strong background in IT support or SaaS tool administration
• Experience with IAM solutions like Okta or Azure AD
• Strong networking troubleshooting skills
• Interest in security and cloud technologies
• Fluency in operating within regulated environments
