The Senior Technician at JLL is responsible for performing preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes across all serviced properties.

Requirements

• NITEC in HVAC, electrical systems, or related technical field.

• Strong knowledge of building automation systems.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Experience using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional nights and weekends.
