• Engage with customers to resolve support inquiries in English, German, and Dutch.
• Write and maintain knowledge-base articles and troubleshooting guides.
• Understand Copperleaf’s capabilities and their alignment with customer strategies.
• Manage customer support needs and service delivery end-to-end.
• Coordinate system upgrades and handle rollout tasks.
• Lead monthly performance review calls with customers.
