Overview

ICF’s Early Education Services Line of Business seeks an experienced Tribal Technical Assistance Specialist to serve as a Tribal Subject Matter Expert for Fiscal Management and Internal Controls.

In Short

• Provide high-quality training and technical assistance to Tribal Child Care and Development Fund programs.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Fiscal Management and Internal Controls.
• Deliver in-person and virtual presentations effectively.
• Develop training and technical assistance materials.
• Assist Tribal organizations with fiscal management issues.
• Coordinate training events and webinars.
• Respond to information requests from Tribal Lead Agency CCDF Administrators.
• Participate in research tasks and develop resources.
• Maintain communication with team members regarding tasks.
• Support implementation of webinars and special training events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, public policy, or management.
• 5+ years of experience in early childhood education or public administration.
• 5+ years of experience with Tribal CCDF regulations.
• 2+ years of experience developing training and resources.
• 2+ years of experience in Fiscal Management and Internal Controls.
