Head Start Grantee Specialist - Remote

Overview

ICF seeks an experienced Grantee Specialist to support the Region III office of Head Start Training and Technical Assistance contract, providing high-quality training and technical assistance to improve Head Start and Early Head Start programs.

In Short

• Support Head Start operations with expertise in administration, planning, and management.
• Provide onsite and virtual consultation to improve compliance and quality.
• Develop and implement Quality Improvement Plans.
• Coordinate technical assistance with various specialists.
• Deliver effective presentations and training.
• Communicate regularly with Regional Office staff.
• Travel required within Region III states.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in program management or fiscal operations.
• BA or BS Degree required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program/organizational management.
• 1+ years' experience providing technical assistance.
• Experience with compliance issues and communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer software and virtual platforms.
• Fiscal expertise preferred.
