In Short

• Build a transformative AML/KYC passport for investor onboarding.
• Develop a risk model to identify money laundering operations.
• Understand global AML laws and regulations.
• Enhance risk-based processes for onboarding and monitoring.
• Supervise a team responsible for investor onboarding and validation.
• Develop metrics for financial crime risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide thought leadership on monitoring technology improvements.
• Utilize non-rule-based surveillance technologies.

Requirements

• 10+ years in AML/KYC/sanctions operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of AML regulations and compliance.
• Experience in financial services or fintech.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
• Adaptable to new technologies.
• CAMS certification preferred.
