In Short

• Build a transformative AML/KYC passport for investor onboarding and transaction monitoring.
• Lead a team to develop an enterprise-wide anti-money laundering program.
• Establish risk models to identify potential money laundering operations.
• Ensure compliance with global AML laws and regulations.
• Develop metrics for financial crime risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on AML/KYC processes.
• Provide thought leadership on monitoring technology improvements.
• Engage with regulators regarding AML/KYC passport.
• Supervise investor onboarding and transaction monitoring teams.
• Utilize AI for non-rule-based surveillance technologies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of expertise in AML/KYC/sanctions operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of AML regulations and compliance.
• Experience in financial services or fintech industries.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
• Adaptability to new technologies and processes.
• CAMS certification preferred.

• Base salary range of $200,000 to $240,000.
