Client Delivery Specialist Associate - Remote

Overview

iCapital is seeking a Client Delivery Specialist Associate to join the Automation team within the Data Solution department. This role will ensure a seamless flow of financial data for iCapital’s clients and internal teams.

In Short

• Lead data conversion projects, including ETL data between portfolio management systems.
• Integrate historical financial data into structured formats.
• Support automated data feeds and troubleshoot issues.
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests from client-facing teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, computer science, or related field.
• 2-5+ years in the financial industry.
• Expertise with Addepar and familiarity with other portfolio management systems.
• Strong background with financial custodial data.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and text file manipulation.
• Experience with Python, SQL, or similar data software.
• History of automating data-related processes.
• Understanding of Salesforce, Monday.com, Jira, and GitLab.
• Strong communication skills.
• Achievement of, or working towards, an MS/MBA, CFA, CAIA, or CFP is a plus.
