Client Delivery Specialist Associate - Remote

Overview

iCapital is looking for a Client Delivery Specialist Associate to join the Data Solutions team in Hong Kong. This role will set up and maintain the financial software applications we utilize, assist clients with issues, work on special projects, and help with ad-hoc tasks associated with building an innovative company. This role is a mix of finance and technology.

In Short

• Analyze and explain portfolio performance results
• Conduct account level reconciliation
• Perform analysis of private equity and hedge fund statements
• Client onboarding and account setup
• System setup and configuration
• Create custom reports based on client needs
• Establish operational effectiveness through policies and procedures
• Work as part of a team to complete projects on time
• Proactively assess and act upon client needs
• Fluency in Chinese and English required

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a related field
• Bachelor's degree from an undergraduate program
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong understanding of financial instruments
• Experience with wealth management policies
• Organized and self-motivated
• Comfortable with technology and software tools
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Collaborative and able to thrive in a team environment
