In Short

• Join the Data Solutions team as a Client Delivery Specialist - Assistant Vice President.
• Set up and maintain financial software applications.
• Assist clients with issues and work on special projects.
• Analyze portfolio performance results and conduct account level reconciliation.
• Develop and strengthen client relationships through onboarding and support.
• Manage software maintenance and setup for new clients.
• Create custom reports based on client needs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project completion.
• Establish operational effectiveness through policies and procedures.
• Work in the office Monday-Thursday, with remote flexibility on Friday.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in a related field.
• Bachelor's degree from an undergraduate program.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments.
• Experience with RIA/Wealth management policies.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable with technology and software tools.
• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Organized and self-motivated.
• Collaborative and able to thrive in a team environment.

Benefits

• Base salary range of $90,000 to $120,000.
