Associate, Fund Origination - Remote

Overview

iCapital is seeking an Associate to focus on Canadian feeder fund origination for hedge funds and private market offerings. This role is within the Client Success department, reporting to a Senior Vice President on the Fund Origination team, responsible for new product development and fund lifecycle management.

In Short

• Prepare fund marketing materials.
• Coordinate with Compliance and Legal teams.
• Assist with new fund approvals and launches.
• Support onboarding new funds.
• Prepare project progress notes.
• Update fund governance details.
• Assist in fund launch activities.
• Manage team inbox for GP inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of experience in fund administration or management.
• Experience in alternative investments is a plus.
• Positive attitude and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize.
• Detail-oriented and self-starter.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
