• Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Vice President or Vice President.
• Focus on expanding distribution channels and insurance carrier partnerships.
• Drive acquisition and onboarding of new clients.

• Lead onboarding process for new clients.
• Provide training on platform usage and features.
• Collaborate with the Annuity Operations team.
• Work in a fast-paced, rapidly expanding organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Series 6 and/or series 7 license is required.
• 6-10+ years of experience in sales support within financial services.
• Strong understanding of annuities and related financial products.
• Highly motivated and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive team player with a positive attitude.

Benefits

• Base salary range of $105,000 to $150,000.
