Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Sourcing Escalation Management Leader to manage and resolve sourcing-related escalations and ensure effective fulfillment during critical customer outages.

• Serve as the primary contact for sourcing-related escalations.
• Coordinate across procurement, planning, logistics, and strategic sourcing teams.
• Establish and lead escalation response protocols.
• Communicate status, risks, and recovery plans to stakeholders.

• Negotiate fees and costs related to sourcing issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Significant experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain operations.
• Fluent English knowledge.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Customer service and result-oriented mindset.
• Experience in managing suppliers in a global environment.
