Sr. Manager, Product Management - Sourcing - Remote

Overview

In this role, you will partner with business leaders and engineers to build custom software that powers our iconic brands of Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic, and Athleta. You will help define the product roadmap by working with other product management counterparts and leaders to understand upcoming capabilities to positively impact the customer experience.

In Short

• Drive the product development and delivery in the sourcing space.
• Write robust requirements and prioritize the backlog.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver quality software.
• Develop and manage project plans and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Build relationships with key business partners and articulate product needs.
• Identify, measure, and interpret results to validate product strategy.
• Lead key initiatives and their implementation for internal and external clients.
• Responsible for planning, budget, and strategic direction for the team.
• Evaluate complex situations using multiple sources of information.
• Understand and represent technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in designing and implementing platforms and APIs.
• Experience working with large software engineering teams.
• Demonstrated technical acumen and ability to influence technical discussions.
• Able to filter, prioritize, analyze, and validate complex information.
• In-depth understanding of concepts and procedures within the subject area.
