Overview

As an IT Administrator and Support, you will be part of HYPERTEGRITY AG, working towards making cities smarter, more sustainable, and safer.

In Short

• Manage central company software, collaborating closely with management and the development team.
• Set up and administer software environments, integrating automation and AI solutions.
• Oversee the procurement of IT services and hosting, ensuring smooth processes.
• Support technical administration of customer helpdesks and optimize workflows.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding of colleagues, managing account setups and cancellations.
• Create and update process documentation clearly and understandably.
• Work remotely as a core part of the company culture.

Requirements

• Completed training in IT, system administration, or similar experience.
• High IT affinity and comfort in digital environments.
• Structured and meticulous work style, able to maintain oversight in complex situations.
• Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2) for effective communication and presentations.
