Cloud Support Administrator - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Administrator to join our Cloud Support Team, responsible for the overall health and performance of our platform while fostering a collaborative work environment.

In Short

• Manage network platforms, firewalls, VPNs, and implement policy-based routing and load balancing.
• Achieve Azure 305 Certification within 90 days.
• Act as an escalation point for technicians, troubleshooting high-priority incidents.
• Develop and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures.
• Deliver exceptional client service throughout the service lifecycle.
• Configure monitoring and alerting on physical and virtual infrastructure.
• Ensure adherence to compliance frameworks and internal security best practices.
• Manage and administer Windows & Linux Servers.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for escalated support.
• Implement automation using scripting languages and CI/CD practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in support administration, specifically with Azure Cloud.
• Experience with automation using scripting languages and CI/CD practices.
• Knowledge of network platforms and firewalls.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize Commvault performance.
• Experience with Hypervisors (Hyper-V, VMware).
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical mind with a focus on root-cause analysis.
• Ability to pass US Public Trust background check.
