Overview

The Administrative Assistant serves as a vital point of contact, providing essential administrative support to the Region Management Team while ensuring quality compliance and fostering effective communication.

In Short

  • Perform complex and confidential administrative activities.
  • Provide telephone coverage and process mail and faxes.
  • Maintain and coordinate calendars and schedule appointments.
  • Develop presentations, memos, and correspondence.
  • Act as a quality ambassador and provide leadership in quality management.
  • Interface with customers and other visitors.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Support multiple staff members with administrative tasks.
  • Participate in quality calls and promote quality engagement.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree or equivalent administrative experience.
  • 3 years of O&M Plant management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO9001 and GE Power QMS.
  • Qualified Auditor status.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in handling confidential information.
