In Short

• Leading a team of bid managers and writers to identify and secure bids
• Organising and setting the strategy for bid applications
• Creating a strategy to raise the quality of bid submissions
• Working closely with internal and external counsel
• 3+ years of experience in a bid-related role
• 1 year of management experience in procuring tenders
• Strong knowledge of bid writing principles
• Exceptional communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to multitask with research projects

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a bid-related role in private or public sector
• 1 year of experience in a management position
• 1 year of experience winning tenders related to higher education
• 1-3 years corporate strategic and technical writing experience
• A tertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing, PR or related discipline
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of commercial tenders
• Strong knowledge of bid writing principles
• Exceptional communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to multitask with research projects
