Overview

Hygraphic is looking for a hands-on Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will drive conversations, interests, and meetings with potential Hygraph customers and will report directly to our Director of Sales. The SDR is focused on generating a new revenue pipeline by prospecting, qualifying, and consulting new mid-market and enterprise-grade customers across industries and regions. Your day-to-day activities will include prospecting into accounts in your territory, working hand in hand with your respective AE, creating tailored Outbound strategies, and working inbound leads to diversify your pipeline.

  • Working with both inbound and outbound-driven leads.
  • Primarily focus on outbound prospecting, engaging potential customers through various channels.
  • Acting as the first point of contact with prospective customers.
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop new strategies.
  • Maintaining a high level of quality in daily activity.
  • Understanding and addressing the prospect's needs.
  • Converting prospects into qualified demos and meetings.
  • Training and onboarding in the first month.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Development Representative in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Energy, passion, and enthusiasm for sales.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Willingness to learn and implement new sales techniques.
  • Ability to be tenacious and creative in prospecting.
