Overview

The Senior Technical Writer will be part of the Product team, responsible for driving documentation and ensuring clarity and usability for users.

In Short

• Continuously improve documentation content in collaboration with engineers and product managers.
• Review and edit content for new and enhanced features.
• Produce content such as diagrams or videos for product usage.
• Assist developers and community members with documentation-related questions.
• Participate in reviews and revamps of documentation sections.
• Review and triage incoming suggestions and corrections from the community.
• Contribute to the improvement of documentation processes and styles.
• Create reports to analyze documentation perception and identify content gaps.
