Overview

Our client is seeking a proactive SDR who can drive outbound pipeline, manage high-volume prospecting, and build repeatable systems that fuel growth. This role goes beyond outreach — you’ll also play a key part in setting up and optimizing the CRM as the team transitions from Google Sheets to a scalable sales infrastructure.

In Short

  • Execute high-volume outreach primarily through LinkedIn and email (no sales calls required).
  • Identify, research, and qualify MarTech prospects that fit ideal customer profiles.
  • Personalize outreach sequences to increase response and conversion rates.
  • Lead the transition from Google Sheets into a fully functioning CRM.
  • Build pipelines, automations, workflows, and reporting dashboards.
  • Nurture cold and warm leads through consistent follow-up sequences.
  • Track and optimize messaging based on response patterns.
  • Update CRM activity daily with accuracy and accountability.
  • Test new outreach angles, list-building strategies, and LinkedIn approaches.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, startup environment.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of SDR or outbound-focused sales experience.
  • Strong background selling into MarTech or adjacent marketing/tech industries.
  • Hands-on CRM setup experience (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close, or similar).
  • Excellent written communication — you’ll be messaging prospects daily.
  • Highly organized, metrics-driven, and consistent with follow-through.
