Overview

As a Sales Executive at HydroNeo, you will be responsible for driving change in the aquaculture industry by helping shrimp farmers transition to data-driven farm management through our innovative technology.

In Short

  • Identify and engage shrimp farmers and stakeholders via calls and video meetings.
  • Educate customers on the value of HydroNeo’s technology.
  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline and close deals.
  • Organize and attend farm visits and local events.
  • Collaborate with marketing and support teams for customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions.
  • Continuously improve outreach and sales processes.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Aquaculture experience and a personal network among shrimp farmers.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust.
  • Self-driven and motivated to achieve targets.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
  • Interest in aquaculture or sustainability is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy and open to using digital tools.
  • Thai native speaker with basic English skills.
