Customer Service Associate - Remote

Overview

HYDAC is looking for a Customer Service Associate who sits at the center of the business, understanding how customer expectations, internal operations, and real-world constraints come together.

In Short

• Act as the primary operational point of contact for assigned customers.
• Turn customer demand into actionable requirements for Sales, Production, and Supply Chain.
• Manage orders end to end using ERP and CRM systems.
• Identify and address potential issues related to capacity and lead times.
• Ensure customers receive what they need, when they need it.
• Communicate clearly with customers about status and expectations.
• Use Excel and reporting tools to identify trends.
• Maintain clean data and documentation.

Requirements

• Experience supporting OEM or distribution customers.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP.
• Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Exposure to Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma environments.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma or GED required.
• Reliable high-speed internet required for remote work.
