In Short

  • Conduct virtual consultations and phone meetings to review member benefit options
  • Listen carefully, assess needs, and provide clear, accurate explanations
  • Keep all digital documentation organized and up to date
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve shared goals and maintain service quality
  • Take part in training and development programs to strengthen professional skills
  • Share ideas and feedback to help improve the overall member experience

Requirements

  • Legally eligible to work in the United States or Canada
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Comfortable using Zoom and digital communication tools
  • Strong communication and active-listening skills
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Experience in people-facing or fast-paced roles is an asset
