Overview

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative to join a top-tier marketing agency serving the U.S. market. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting through LinkedIn and email, appointment setting with key decision-makers, and managing your sales pipeline within HubSpot CRM.

In Short

  • Conduct manual prospecting via LinkedIn and cold email tools to engage B2B leads
  • Book qualified meetings with U.S.-based decision-makers and ensure high show-up rates
  • Execute outbound campaigns using tools like Apollo, Instantly, HeyReach, and HubSpot
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate tracking of outreach activity and pipeline
  • Professionally represent the brand on all client-facing Zoom calls
  • Collaborate on ideal customer profiles and messaging strategies
  • Optionally support junior SDRs or freelancers if needed

  • Sales experience
