As a Sales Development Representative at Huzzle, you will connect high-performing B2B sales professionals with global companies and engage with IT and business decision-makers to promote client-sponsored events and webinars.

In Short

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to IT and business decision-makers.
  • Promote and register qualified prospects for client-sponsored webinars and events.
  • Use tools like Dexter, Nooks, and HubSpot for outreach management.
  • Follow structured scripts and update CRM records accurately.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs for registrants and attendees.
  • Manage attrition rates and maintain outbound call volume.
  • Collaborate with team leads for feedback and performance improvement.
  • Work in a full-time independent contractor role.
  • Engage with clients in North America, Europe, and Asia.
  • Join a U.S.-based B2B demand generation agency.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales or demand generation.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow scripts.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
  • Ability to meet KPIs and work independently.
  • Experience in outbound marketing preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing outreach.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in technology or related industries is beneficial.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
