As a Bilingual Sales Development Representative at Huzzle, you will connect with exceptional B2B sales professionals and help them find top opportunities at leading companies across various regions. Your role will involve making outbound calls in both English and Japanese to qualify leads and manage them within CRM tools.

In Short

• Conduct 80-100+ outbound cold calls per day in English and Japanese
• Prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls
• Qualify leads and book appointments for Account Executives
• Manage leads effectively within CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Research target accounts and industries to personalise outreach
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and outreach strategies
• Track and report key metrics to improve performance

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Japanese
• Experience in B2B sales or related field
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks
