Overview

  • Book high-quality appointments for closing
  • Follow up on inbound leads from marketing campaigns
  • Nurture unconverted leads through re-engagement
  • Maintain daily activity and conversion reports
  • Collaborate with team leads to refine scripts and improve conversion rates
  • Stay informed on industry-specific promotions and compliance requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2C sales or similar roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle objections and provide solutions
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the finance and real estate industries is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Fluency in English
