Overview

Huntress is looking for a Sales Operations Business Partner to join our established Sales Operations Team. In this role, you will partner closely with leaders in our sales and marketing organizations to support our Internal IT & Security Account Executive, Sales Development, and Account Management teams that sell direct to enterprises of all sizes.

In Short

  • Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to the Sales Leadership Team.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our sales process, CPQ quoting, rules of engagement.
  • Execute on prioritized projects and initiatives for the global sales leaders.
  • Identify core areas of improvement for sales teams.
  • Assist with CRM hygiene enforcement and coaching.
  • Develop reporting within relevant tools.
  • Ongoing assessment of meeting/lead distribution.
  • Book of business analysis for account management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience on sales/revenue operations teams.
  • Knowledge of selling direct to enterprises of all sizes.
  • Experience with sales process, funnel, forecasting.
  • Preferred 2+ years of experience with Salesforce.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience with data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
