• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat
• Assist customers with product selection and order processing
• Provide product information and delivery timelines
• Guide customers to make purchasing decisions
• Manage purchase orders and invoicing in Shopify
• Coordinate freight bookings and delivery management
• Liaise with couriers and suppliers
• Track and update ETAs for orders
• Handle warranty claims and issue resolutions
• Keep internal systems updated with real-time information

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills
