Overview

As a Technical Account Manager with CrowdStrike, you will provide proactive technical support to our Premium Support customers, ensuring their success and security.

In Short

  • Serve as primary technical contact for customers.
  • Onboard new customers to CrowdStrike platforms.
  • Conduct periodic health checks and product training.
  • Advocate for customers with internal stakeholders.
  • Research and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Maintain control of escalated cases and lead cross-functional groups.
  • Create knowledge base content for internal use.
  • Identify renewal risks and collaborate on solutions.
  • Support sales teams in account expansion opportunities.
  • Drive timely resolution of support cases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Windows Server Operating Systems.
  • Knowledge of enterprise web technologies and security.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and collaborative attitude.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
