Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in VoIP and contact center engineering.
• Knowledge of VoIP architecture and troubleshooting.
• Experience with platforms like RingCentral and Amazon Connect.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Willingness to travel globally.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Proficiency in documentation and presentation tools.
