We are seeking a strategic engineering leader to oversee the development, maintenance, and evolution of critical developer tooling infrastructure that empowers CrowdStrike's Falcon Sensor engineering organization.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 8 years in engineering leadership roles.
• Proven track record managing engineering teams of 20-30+ people.
• Deep expertise in developer tooling and engineering productivity.
• Strong background in C/C++ development environments.
• Experience with cross-platform development tooling.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms and automation frameworks.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, agile development environments.
• Strong customer service orientation with internal engineering teams.
