Overview

As an Implementation Experience Associate at Humi, you’ll play a critical role in guiding our clients through the successful adoption of our SaaS platform, empowering businesses to manage their HR and payroll needs.

In Short

• Guide clients through onboarding and implementation of the Humi platform.
• Gather requirements and configure systems to meet client needs.
• Deliver tailored training and support for new customers.
• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Canadian payroll regulations.
• Ensure timely and successful implementations.
• Monitor client pipelines and report on progress.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Proactively resolve client issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Share client feedback with the Product team for enhancements.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in SaaS implementation or project management.
• 1 year of hands-on payroll experience with knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to track key metrics.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction.
• Proactive and solution-focused attitude.
• Tech-savvy with a quick learning ability.
• Experience in a start-up or high-growth environment is a plus.
