The Yondr Implementation Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the Partner Success Managers to ensure customer success during the post-sales journey, focusing on implementing phone-free environments in schools.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or education.
• Travel expectation based on partner demand: 0-15% non-peak / 20-30% peak.
