Humata Health Inc. is seeking a HR Generalist to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day HR operations and recruiting for our fast-growing startup—supporting hiring, onboarding, employee requests, and cultural initiatives.

• Prepare reports on recruiting and engagement trends.
• Drive employee engagement and recognition programs.
• Collaborate with Marketing on employer branding initiatives.
• Assist with logistics for team events.
• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in HR tools and collaboration tools.
• High level of confidentiality and integrity.
