We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining core workflows and processes that power both our thriving community efforts and robust sales pipelines for Humanitec.

• 2-3 years of experience in Marketing Operations, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience with Hubspot and email marketing.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot operational issues.
• Strong motivation to improve processes and automate workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Experience in coaching or mentoring others is a plus.
• Work closely with the Senior Operations Manager.
• Manage and optimize email marketing infrastructure.
• Act as a key contributor to the execution of the virtual PlatformCon conference.
• Stay up-to-date with marketing operations trends.
