Stars Analytics Director - Remote

Overview

The Director, Product Management is responsible for conceiving, developing, delivering, and managing products for customer use, with a focus on healthcare analytics and the Medicare Stars program.

• Manage the Stars analytics portfolio across teams.

• Serve as a liaison with partners in Stars and enterprise analytics teams.

• Some travel may be required for training and meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven experience managing complex analytics portfolios.
• Ability to think strategically and drive innovation.
• Team player with mentoring capabilities.
• Comfortable in a consensus-driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate ideas effectively.
• Some travel required if not located in Louisville area.
