In Short

• Manage all aspects of project execution
• Design and implement operational plans
• Monitor project progress and performance
• Resolve operational problems and minimize delays
• Prepare designs, schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• Communicate with operational areas for resources
• Conduct meetings and prepare status reports
• Set priorities and coordinate project staff
• Understand organizational strategy and objectives
• Make decisions with minimal direction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of formal project management experience
• 2+ years in a managed care healthcare system
• Experience with Medicaid requirements preferred
• PMP or PMI-ACP certifications preferred
• Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master preferred
• Passionate about improving consumer experiences
