Overview

The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing new client implementations from initiation through successful delivery, ensuring seamless collaboration across internal teams and external partners.

• Own the overall scope, schedule, and execution of new implementations.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive tasks to completion.
• Ability to travel 10% for meetings.
