Overview

The Marketing Technology & Sales Enablement Category Manager is a strategic leader responsible for optimizing Humana’s investment in marketing technology, demand generation, and sales enablement tools. This role focuses on enhancing lead generation, optimizing marketing automation, and ensuring the seamless integration of technology and data analytics to drive business growth.

In Short

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies for MarTech platforms.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and IT teams for optimization.
  • Evaluate and negotiate contracts for SaaS solutions and AI tools.
  • Implement lead generation initiatives including ABM and SEO.
  • Oversee procurement of third-party lead generation services.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Lead RFP and negotiation processes for marketing technologies.
  • Analyze total cost of ownership and marketing investment returns.
  • Collaborate across teams to align technology investments.
  • Provide strategic guidance on budget planning and contract optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • 3+ years of project leadership experience.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen.
  • Strategic procurement marketing experience preferred.
  • Experience in marketing technology sourcing and digital transformation.
  • Expertise in MarTech solutions and lead generation strategies.
  • Experience in SaaS procurement and digital marketing strategy.
  • Master’s degree (MBA or related) preferred.
