Overview

The Lead Actuary, Risk and Compliance is responsible for managing risks and ensuring compliance within the Medicare Advantage framework, providing guidance and collaboration with business partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5+ years of technical experience.
  • 2+ years of project leadership experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Associate or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.
  • Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
  • Passion for improving consumer experiences.
  • Medicare Advantage experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage large projects.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
