Associate Director, Enablement Interoperability - Remote

As the Associate Director of Enablement – Interoperability, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for building and scaling the tools, training, and resources that empower internal teams and market partners to successfully recruit, implement, and optimize our interoperability solutions.

In Short

• Lead a team focused on interoperability solutions in healthcare.
• Develop and manage comprehensive enablement materials.
• Operationalize new products for various teams.
• Conduct Salesforce CRM training and onboarding.
• Maintain the Interoperability SharePoint repository.
• Create and update Digital Vendor Manuals.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams on outreach.
• Draft annual business planning and goal setting.
• Engage in team performance tracking and forecasting.
• Work in a remote-first environment with occasional travel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in provider enablement or healthcare operations.
• 3+ years of team leadership experience.
• Experience with large-scale CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Deep understanding of healthcare interoperability and EMR ecosystems.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
