Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting - Remote

In Short

• Manage and oversee revenue accounting functions including revenue recognition and revenue systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiencies.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Perform technical guidance research and provide solutions for new issues.
• Establish and monitor processes ensuring compliance with SOX.
• Support finance transformation projects.
• Oversee the monthly Revenue Accounting close process.
• Drive transformation and automation of the revenue cycle.
• Communicate effectively with various functions.
• Champion the adoption of SOX controls.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 10+ years of revenue accounting experience (FinTech preferred).
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Strong problem solving and interpersonal communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with NetSuite.
• CPA required.
• Big 4 experience preferred.
