To fulfill our mission of building the Github of Machine Learning, our team is now looking for our first Technical Solution Engineer who will help our customers to build and debug integrations on Hugging Face Hub, as well as assist other HF team members with using the Hub internally.

In Short

• Support customers through various channels to integrate with Hugging Face Hub.
• Maintain knowledge of Hugging Face Hub features and assist customers.
• Develop and maintain documentation and examples for Hugging Face Hub.
• Support internal use of the Hub at Hugging Face.
• Assist non-technical support team members with advanced requests.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of full-stack software development experience.
• Proficient in Javascript, Typescript, Node.js, and MongoDB.
• Ability to write clean code and read less well-written code.
• Comfortable working autonomously with limited supervision.
• Experience explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Enjoy solving open-ended problems individually and as a team.
• Empathetic towards users of all experience levels.
