In Short

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design and evolve the architecture for MongoDB.
• Make changes to the data access layer and queries to support architectural evolution.
• Develop best practices for data modeling and schema design.
• Troubleshoot and optimize database performance issues.
• Develop scripts and documentation to empower developers.
• 4+ years of experience in data engineering or architecture.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB sharding.
• Strong proficiency in modern programming languages, preferably Typescript/Node.js.
• Excellent communication skills for technical discussions.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools is a plus.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data engineering or architecture, focusing on MongoDB.
• Experience designing and implementing MongoDB sharding.
• Proficient in at least one modern programming language (Typescript/Node.js preferred).
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of MongoDB internals and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication skills for technical discussions.
